A delegation from Toshiba visited IIIT Bangalore to explore mutual collaborative research opportunities between IIITB and Toshiba.

Three officers from Software Development Institute (SDI) Bangalore of Indian Air Force visited IIIT Bangalore on December 19, 2022. The officers met our Registrar, Commodore SR Sridhar, Dr. Milind Gandhe, CEO, IIITB COMET foundation, Prof Vinod V Reddy and Prof Prem Singh and discussed possibilities of collaboration in addressing the challenges in designing hardware and waveform for communication in airborne applications. They also want IIIT Bangalore to design a training module to help them in designing a waveform that can cater to their requirements. They are interested to sign an MoU with IIIT Bangalore to initiate the above activities. To move ahead in this direction, Prof Prem Singh will design and share a training module and an MoU template with SDI Bangalore.
