As a part of the 4th edition of “Bangalore on IT” annual talk series, Mr. Puneet from Fabrik took a session on ‘Build Your Own Metaverse (BYOM)’. Attendees had their laptops while attending the session and had hands-on experience to work on metaverse. Mr. Puneet has much to share about it in brief, “The intent of the talk was to make students aware of the ability to create metaverses today, the ease of creating it, and the immense value content will add to make metaverse mainstream. People are under the impression that metaverse requires a pair of glasses or VR headsets, and that’s another point we addressed throughout the session. Privacy of data is critical to the transition to metaverse apps, and we touched upon the journey through this path. And finally, we did a small workshop on using Fabrik to create a metaverse in less than a minute.”
