The report on Fairwork India 2023 Ratings was discussed at a panel, ‘Alienation and Discrimination in the Platform Economy’ on October 30. The panel discussion was moderated by Prof. Bidisha Chaudhuri and the opening remarks were given by Prof. Chandrashekar Ramanathan, Dean (Academics), IIIT-Bangalore. The panelists included Dr. Manjunath Gangadhara, Additional Labour Commissioner, Government of Karnataka, Dr. Sakshi Khurana, NITI AayogSerish Nanisetti, Journalist, Hyderabad, Rakshita Swamy, Social Accountability Forum for Action and Research (SAFAR).
