CITAPP Hosts Seminar on India’s Emerging Urban Futures
The Centre for Information Technology and Public Policy (CITAPP) at IIIT-Bangalore hosted a seminar by Chetan Choithani from the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bengaluru, on “Urbanization from Below: India and the Global Urban Question.” The talk explored how small-town urbanization in India is reshaping perspectives on the “urban” and contributing to wider discussions on global urban development and policy.
