IIIT- Bangalore Basketball Team at South Zonal Tournament
The basketball team representing IIIT-Bangalore in the South Zonal Basketball Tournament held in Thiruvananthapuram on November 14. The team displayed exceptional sportsmanship and dedication throughout the tournament, despite encountering a challenging start.
In their opening match, our team faced a formidable opponent, the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur in LNCPE basketball court, Karyavattom. Despite putting up a commendable effort, our team faced a setback, experiencing defeat.
It was a contested game, displaying the skills and determination of both teams. However, despite our team’s best efforts, they were unable to secure a victory. The opponents demonstrated strong gameplay, making it a tough challenge for our team.
Although the outcome was not in our favor, the team exhibited resilience, teamwork, and a positive attitude throughout the game. They showcased admirable sportsmanship and represented our institute with pride and honor.
