The report “Work from Anywhere: Accessing Indian Tech Talent” was released on Thursday, 23 November 2023, in Melbourne, at the 6th Annual Australia India Leadership Dialogue (AILD2023) hosted by the Australia India Institute (AII). Authored by Prof. Balaji Parthasarathy, Prof. Janaki Srinivasan and IIIT-B Alumna Dr. Deepti Balaji Raykar, the report investigates the trade-offs in balancing the demands of traditional workplace structures and the flexibility afforded by emerging technologies. The report was released by P Thiaga Rajan, Minister of Information Technology and Digital Services, Government of Tamil Nadu, and The Hon.
