This depicts the often sad state of affairs with many researchers who go abroad in search of better opportunities. But their life often turns into an endless struggle of post doc positions which neither paid well nor are at par with other jobs in terms of respectability. Yet, many of them steadfastly keep rejecting the option of coming back to India which is thirsting for more talent.
