In April 2020, the quiet newsletter of IIIT-B, faithfully recording the life of the campus, was reborn; it found its identity,
its name “Naviiina”.Naviiina—a Sanskrit word meaning “new” and “fresh” is faithful to its meaning and lives up to its essence. It keeps fresh and alive our long-forgotten memories, within its chronicles breathing new life into moments gone by. Like a time capsule with a soul, reviving cherished fragments of time and making them resonate once again in the hearts of its readersWith this edition,
Naviiina proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone;
its fifth year anniversary. From its quiet rebirth in April 2020 to becoming an integral part of IIIT-B’s identity,
Naviiina has blossomed into a vibrant thread woven through the institute’s fabric.Over the years, it has grown in voice, design, and depth, echoing the evolution of the campus it mirrors. Every edition of Naviiina is a
living archive of who we are and what we value. It has welcomed new faces, bid farewell to old friends, and quietly held space for the everyday magic of campus life.
