Children eagerly wait for their beloved Santa Claus, while adults look forward to the warmth and joy the festival brings. As the final celebration of the year, Christmas holds a special place in everyone’s hearts, bringing people together in the spirit of love and togetherness. At IIIT-Bangalore, this joy is celebrated with great enthusiasm as the IIIT-B family comes together to welcome the season.
This year’s Christmas celebrations began with carol singing by our staff members, filling the campus with festive cheer. Soon followed the moment everyone was eagerly waiting for the arrival of Santa Claus. Students, faculty, and staff gathered with childlike excitement, reminded that some occasions have the wonderful power to awaken the joy of our inner child.
Spreading smiles all around, Santa distributed chocolates to the IIIT-Bangalore family, danced to cheerful beats, and invited everyone to join in the fun. His lively presence created a truly joyous atmosphere and added sparkle to the celebration.
Adding to the excitement, a series of fun games such as Open the IIIT-B Knot, Catch the Cup, and the Yes/No Game kept the gathering thoroughly entertained. The celebration concluded on a sweet note with Christmas cake and snacks, leaving behind warm memories of laughter, togetherness, and festive cheer.
