December marked a meaningful close to the year 2025 at IIIT-Bangalore, bringing together academic excellence, institutional milestones, and campus celebrations. The year concluded on a strong academic note with two major conferences, ADCOM and IEEE INDICON hosted on campus, reaffirming IIIT-Bangalore’s role as a hub for research, innovation, and scholarly exchange.

The month also witnessed an important institutional milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Naval Academy, further strengthening collaborative efforts in education and research. Alongside these achievements, the campus embraced the festive spirit of Christmas, welcoming Santa and celebrating the season with joy and togetherness within the campus community.

As the year drew to a close, faculty and staff came together for Kreedotsav, the annual sports event organised exclusively for faculty and staff, promoting physical well-being, teamwork, and camaraderie. December was also marked by notable student accomplishments, with several students presenting their research papers at prestigious national and international conferences.

Overall, December served as a memorable year-end, reflective, celebratory, and forward-looking, bringing 2025 to a positive close at IIIT-Bangalore.
